Shalom Court Auckland Incorporated is a registered charitable Society with its primary object to provide residential care for senior Jewish persons in New Zealand.
Any person with an interest in Shalom Court may apply for membership of the Society. The current annual subscription donation is $50 for an individual person or $100 for a couple.
The collective membership is known as FOSCA, Friends of Shalom Court Auckland. Members are entitled to vote at Annual General and Special Meetings.
FOSCA members receive quarterly newsletters with information about residents, the activity programme, celebrations of Jewish festivals, fundraising projects, community events, equipment purchases, articles relating to topical issues in aged care, staff education and achievements, audit results and a copy of the annual reports and financial statements.
